

Adnes Sousa
Adnes Sousa is a Brazilian journalist and filmmaker, born in Belém do Pará, and graduated in Journalism from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). During her studies, she produced the radio program Aquarelando, which won awards at Festcom UFPA, Intercom North, and the Intercom National. She worked as a sound and production assistant on the documentary Outro Dia, also awarded at Festcom UFPA. She is the creator and producer of the videocast Égua, Top!, which has three completed seasons. Currently, she is studying Audio and Video Production at ETEC Jornalista Roberto Marinho. As part of an interdisciplinary project, she worked as a sound technician on the short film Autocalipse. She also served as sound and production assistant on the short Me Pergunte Quando Vou Voltar pra Casa, was a producer and made her directorial debut with the documentary Sou Jazz. Most recently, she worked as sound director on the short film Quero Acabar com Chico, currently in production.
