When the rip-off blackmail victims Alfons and Latten-Harry start a counter-offensive and want to have the girls killed by the windy tattoo eagle, the following, unrestrained over-excited cat-and-mouse duel escalates into a chaos course across all allotments, ice cream parlors, law firms, nightclubs and sausage stalls of the backwater - until it really fucks!
