Rick Sloan inherited a real pain in the neck when his parents passed; a storage unit containing the remains of Count Dracula. Drugs aren't the only thing ravaging wild and wonderful West Virginia; the warm blood of the living no longer satisfies the Prince of Darkness, he must have the intoxicating blood of the addicted.
