Seishi, who works for the Ministry of Health and Welfare, infiltrates the hospital to find out what's going on. There, his girlfriend Rin worked as a nurse. Okada, an inpatient, said that if he had a certain card given to the nurses, they would remove the accumulated material, and that the longer he stayed in the hospital, the more special treatment he would receive.
