Meanwhile, his cousin Atsushi (Junichi Kawamoto), impulsive and violent, continues to keep Kanto on the verge of conflict, though Yuuki manages to avoid war. Amidst all this, the Kansai-based Tatsumi-gumi's lieutenant, Yamanaka (Ryuji Harada), secretly plots to expand into Tokyo.
